The 2007 Cascade Terrace Red is our first red blend. It is sourced exclusively from our estate
vineyard and was blended from specific lots selected by our Winemaker to produce a medium-
bodied, fruit-forward wine that expresses our estate’s unique terroir. Intense aromas and flavors of
black currant, cherry, licorice, anise, baking spices, and pipe tobacco lend to the wine’s
complexity. The balanced and refined finish hints at a cellaring window of two to five years. Try an
